I have been in the hospitality industry for most of my career. What I love about this industry is that it is ever changing. Watching the dynamics of how people meet and celebrate continues to bring me so much joy. What inspires me today about gifting is seeing the change in how companies are recognizing loyal customers, dependable clients, and respected employees in ways that meet the recipient where they are.
