A leading global biotechnology company faced the challenge of celebrating its 15th anniversary at the Venetian Hotel in a memorable way that resonated with its diverse international workforce. Solution

Employees could pre-order their preferred athletic shoes from popular brands using a custom-designed website, eliminating the need for international shipping. This not only allowed employees to choose their preferred style and size but also ensured a cost-effective and memorable onsite gifting experience. Additionally, SGE swiftly responded to a last-minute request for a high-end gifting experience, delivering Apple Watches and Designer Sunglasses for all employees and The North Face Thermoball Jackets for top leaders, further enhancing the celebration’s success.

Guiding the Signature Experience
In the endeavor to create a seamless gifting experience at an outdoor venue with temperatures surpassing 100 degrees, the primary challenge was effectively showcasing and distributing gift choices to 4,500 individuals within a single day.
The key objectives were to allow guests to explore all available options, eliminate long waiting lines and ensure that every attendee received their preferred gift onsite.
Solution:
During the planning phase, a strategic solution was implemented to tackle this challenge. Multiple stations were set up, each offering the same gift options. The staff played a dual role in both greeting and managing the crowd, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
The layout was designed to create a natural fluid movement, guiding participants through the event space. This not only facilitated efficient gift selection but also maintained a steady flow by having a distinct entrance and exit.
By implementing these measures, the event successfully navigated the logistical complexities of a large-scale gift distribution in challenging weather conditions, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
